Ballot Initiatives

In addition to the traditional legislative process, laws in Colorado can be enacted through ballot initiatives. Citizens can propose new state laws or amendments to the state constitution, which are then decided by voters. With so many measures submitted each year, it can be hard to keep track. Colorado Decides simplifies the process by presenting the exact questions voters will see on the statewide ballot.
